EU Complaint Procedure - ODR Regulation
Since January 9, 2016, the Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 on the online settlement of consumer disputes (in short: ODR Regulation) is applicable. For consumer disputes with us, the consumer dispute resolution body "Allgemeine Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle des Zentrums für Schlichtung e.V. zuständig" would be responsible.
